Burlington at 2614 Golf Road, Glenview, IL 60025-4744 overall is okay.
The front-end manager is always nice and takes good care of me. However, Rose, a cashier is extremely rude. Avoid going to her line to check out at all costs. She is extremely extremely rude!

Burlington employees or Burlington is cheating consumers when paying with Credit cards!
*First time i noticed was adding $4.99 to my account from Pine Brook store!
*Second time a store in Flemington NJ, I bought two items i remember exactly what they are and how much, i was surprised when i opened my emailed return receipt to find the total is $28.00 ! Total was supposed to be $7.99+$9.99 there was a third item i didn't recognise and the store itself didn't know what was it!
It's probably my mistake that i didn't look at the charge when it was charged on my American Express card.
I went back to the store but they couldn't recognise the charge!
Consumers beware of this store.

The store in Hallandalle Beach Florida…

The store in Hallandalle Beach Florida , my experience is that they don't have cashiers , only two to attend more than 80 people per hour , so you have to wait on line for hours in order to paid your items , and also the cashiers are not well educated people , always wit a nasty attitude toward the clients and customers , the store has good merchandise , but who is coming back with that type of service and employees ?? ; I think management should consider hire better people with love to take care of the customers !!!, I used to go to ROSS store and change for Burlington , but now I am thinking in ROSS again !!!, it is a shame that attitude with a customer service !!!

Confusing

I applied and was approved for this card $500 limit and was using it and paying it. Then one day while completing my final $17 payment I noticed it said no available credit. I called them and was told that they closed my account with no explanation. Received a letter which only confirmed the my card account was closed by the bank and could not be reopened but, I can reapply! No thanks I'll pass, it's not that serious! Just was a little disappointed smh

My favorite store!!

My favorite store!!! It has everything you need. And very reasonable prices. Very friendly people. I love the the collection of candles they have. :)

Nasty Thiefs STALKERS THAT DO NOT WORK THERE

I bought some shoes and earrings out of this store off Cleveland 41 in Fort Myers not to mention I had gotten hired but also the prices are good they are stealing peoples Resumes information social security numbers putting credit cards in peoples names stealing the cards saying they weren't Approved! They're being really Discriminating. On homeless people and single parents period Today I got accused of STEALING earrings!

FIX THE SHOE DEPARTMENT!!

I was in the mall today, and decided to walk in Burlington. I would like to know why in the world do you guys have to shoe racks so close together????? Only one person can literally walk down the aisle without bumping into the other person on the side of the them. Did anyone tell you guys that COVID is still going on??? Space the aisle, so two people can walk down it, and not have to be touching the other person shoulders. #Shameonyall

Store # 00786 has some thieves working…

Store # 00786 has some thieves working there. I returned some things after Christmas and bought some things in their place. I was suppose to get $10.72 back but Brenda the cashier only gave me $1.72 back. I called to report it to get my money back thinking maybe she had made a mistake giving me the wrong change in error. No, after getting the run around from management and Brenda that they going to check and get back to me but never did. Then I called one last time and someone picked up and hung up on me. I realized , wow, this was not a mistake. I was robbed then disrespected. I can never go to that store again.

Is this real?

WHY on earth would a department store remove the option for people to shop online? Especially during Christmas season and a pandemic? Encouraging customers to physically go to their local stores and shop. Again, during Christmas season and a pandemic! The logic in this must be invisible. I used to love this store but, sadly, I am not sure if ill ever spend my money there again. I am shocked and disappointed!

Downtown Los Angeles Burlington has the worst customer Service the waiting in lines to purchase a item plus attitude from your sales supervisor Jocelyn when you are trying to return a item that’s no way to treat a customer she needs people skills trained your supervisor
